An absolutely fantastic evening! Very quaint and beautiful venue at The Attic in historic downtown Livingston, Montana. Having seen Hoyt Axton for decades, it is apparent that Matt has indeed made his dad proud with his distinctive guitar picking, song writing and booming voice. He is surrounded by an extremely talented band called "Badmoon". While Matt's voice has a remarkable resemblance to his dad's, he has perfected his own style and brand of music and is a great songwriter in his own right. He is definitely the caretaker of the Axton family's legacy. If you have the chance, this is a must-see performance. If you have other plans, cancel them!

His music is authentic, engaging, and filled with heart, and his talented band brought incredible energy and musicianship to the stage. What made the evening especially memorable was Matt's heartfelt tribute to his family's remarkable musical legacy. He honored that history with grace and sincerity while creating a show that felt uniquely his own. It was a beautiful celebration of great music, storytelling, and an enduring family tradition.

Fine group of musicians, mom was great also. Been a fan since your dad was on Hee-Haw in the 60's. Saw Donna at a gig at UNR at IV about 10 years ago . I didn't see Gillette on the tour schedule but enjoy!! About 20 yrs, ago, I left Tucson in a Chevy Blazer pulling a sail boat, no Della or Dealer or a dog named Jake. Loved the show Matt & thx for the sticker !!!
