Sylvana Joyce and her band, The Moment, are a dynamic interplay of Blues Rock and Balkan Folk music that have gotten audiences of all ages and backgrounds raving about their stellar live performances. SJATM's supreme musicianship, coupled with lead singer/pianist Sylvana Joyce's on stage presence (who have led some to draw comparison to Janis Joplin, Grace Potter, and Bette Midler), make them one of the most exciting new acts to come on the music scene. SJATM have graced the stage nationwide, opening for such names as Nikka Costa, The Aristocrats, Caravan of Thieves, and Lettuce. They are also proud to announce a new venture into the world of theater - as composer/arrangers for the musical The Last Match, currently in production.
