Prima Donna Rising is excited to have released their newest single, Time Washes Over Me - Symphonic Version, available on all streaming platforms!!
Prima Donna Rising is Kimble Ouerbacker, lead vocals, Steven Sunnarborg, lead and rhythm guitar, Hekar Rivera, keyboards, electric cello, and electric violin, Tony Shibumi, bass, and Greg Collister, drums.
Prima Donna Rising got their start in 1979 at a time when Rock n Roll, Glam, Heavy Metal, and Punk Rock collided on the streets of Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood, CA!! PDR would spend the next six years playing throughout California and along the East Coast!
After a 33 year hiatus, Prima Donna Rising reformed in 2018, and began writing and recording new material, and playing shows in California. In 2022. Prima Donna Rising toured England and Scotland with Star Circus, Black Roze, and Glasgow!
Prima Donna Rising has shared the stage with many hard rock artists including Quit Riot, Dokken, Y&T, Ratt, Kix, Steelheart, The Babys, Heavy Pettin,' E'nuff Z'nuff, Angel, XYZ, Ross The Boss, of Manowar, Autograph, Hurricane, and Black 'n Blue, as well as classic rockers Sweet, Michael Monarch of Steppenwolf, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, and more. Prima Donna Rising is represented in the UK by Shock City Productions.
Kimble Ouerbacker, Steven Sunnarborg, Tony Shibumi, Greg Hollister and Hekar Rivera bring their many years of musical experience to deliver a sonic tour de force to a new generation of Rock 'n Rollers!
