SASAMI

Mother delivers. Incredible reimaginings. Such a special show. First annual??

SASAMI - at the heart of it - is a fantastic songwriter and performer. She’s made three solo albums, and each one has a completely different vibe - indie rock, metal, pop… and her live shows supporting each album have been faithful to their production and feeling. Saturday’s show at the brand-new and phenomenal Sid The Cat Auditorium in South Pasadena was a remarkable and wonderful outlier. For this mini tour, SASAMI pulled together a small acoustic ensemble - violin, cello, saxophone, and Sasami Ashworth herself on guitar and french horn to revisit some of her favorite songs from her catalog in quieter but no less emotional arrangements. If you’re reading this because you missed the show or if you’re wondering if SASAMI is worth seeing, then (I’ll repeat) it was great, and Sasami always brings it all.

Come back <33

Incredible performance! All bangers!!

Absolute icon and a very sweet lady, 2nd time seeing Sasami and she never disappoints

She has an incredible stage presence, and killer music to boot. And also rocked a badass cowboy hat. I was way too starstruck when she signed my shirt and vinyl because she just exudes good vibes all around. If you get the chance to see her live, DO IT.

too cool for words

Mother was mother-ing last night. She got so horné 📯 with her corne. That's horn in French. I'm trying to say her French horn playing was a show highlight 🥰

I didn't attend, but this app won't stop sending me messages.

Sasami was funny , and music was amazing

She was awesome!

Sadly no encore at the end, but an excellent show.

F*****g amazing show, great opener, killer venue. Everything ✨✨✨

An amazing show. The bad rocked it with all-out energy the entire show.
