Carlos do Complexo

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Carlos do Complexo is a music producer and sound architect with over a decade of experience. His journey includes the creation of conceptual albums, global collaborations, soundtrack production, and the development of projects that have already earned him a Grammy nomination.

Active in the music scene since 2014, he was one of the pioneers of the genre that blends Electronic, R&B, and Funk Carioca in Brazil. From 2015 to 2020, in addition to releasing original music, he partnered with Sango and major artists in the Brazilian market.

In 2021, the artist released the track "Visceral" nominated for a Grammy in the "Best Short Form Music Video" category. Two years later, he collaborated on major national and international projects.

His most recent album, NTGMX (2024), evolves into a project that blends electronic music with Latin American and Afro-Caribbean influences.

He has worked on significant visual projects, such as an official remix for Bad Bunny, a soundtrack for LUDMILLA, and for his first TV series. The following year, CDC produced tracks for Anitta's album, and the track “Ouro” became the first mantra to enter the Spotify Brazil Top 100.
