John Lensing

John Lensing sings with a hard fought wisdom that's difficult to forget. At a young age, he found street performing as a way to connect with strangers, and to soften the walls around their hearts. His songs have been streamed over 1 million times, and tell stories of vulnerability, love, and the moments that make us human.

The Portland-based musician has toured North America and Europe, performed at festivals such as Sommer in Altona (Hamburg) and the Underground Music Showcase (Denver). His 2024 debut album "The Weight of the Love" explores themes of love, masculinity, queerness, and healing, and was produced by Andy D. Park (Noah Gundersen) and William IV Smith (Corey Kilgannon).
