Kat Parsons

Kat Parsons is a singer-songwriter whose music lives in the messy, funny, heartbreaking places where love and real life meet.

After years of touring and releasing music, Kat stepped away from the road to build a family and become a couples therapist. Now, thirteen years after her last release, she returns with The Sweetness Is Now, a new EP about parenthood, marriage, pregnancy loss, love, and the fleeting moments we sometimes only recognize as precious while we are living them.

Born into a musical family and raised in Maryland, Kat has performed across four continents and had her music featured in television and film. Her live shows are intimate, funny, deeply personal, and rooted in connection.
