Balada was built for a specific hour of the night, and the video goes looking for it — a Bucharest club called Hiro Bay, somewhere past the point where people stop watching the booth and start dancing with each other.

Nobody plays to camera. The footage sits at eye level in the middle of the floor and stays there: long holds through the groove, tighter cuts when the record lifts.
