Liz still rocks as much as ever- beautiful imagery was incorporated into the show, as well, making it like a tasteful series of on-stage music videos.

Had an outstanding time seeing and hearing Kate Bollinger and (of course!) Liz Phair at the Holland Center in Omaha!!!

Liz is a great live performer and sounded great - major "legendary songwriter" vibes. I almost felt like I was watching Joni Mitchell or Carole King. Her band was excellent too. The issue is this venue. After this show and Adam Ant a few years ago, I will never see another rock show at Symphony Hall. I don't know if the acoustics just aren't suited to loud, amplified music or they have some kind of rule about volume, but it almost seems like the sound doesn't get very far past the stage - I could hear the guitar string noise from row K. As a result, the audience seems to disconnect from the experience. I also wonder if some fans were just put off by such a "conservative" location and didn't buy tickets - there were huge blocks of empty seats. Such a legendary artist really deserves a more appropriate venue, where she can create a fully immersive experience for the audience.

An amazing show to celebrate 30 years of Exile in Guyville. She played the entire album front to back and sounded better than ever !

Omg! I’ve seen Liz a few times in concert but this surpassed those times!! She was absolutely amazing! Her stage presence was larger than life!! She owned that stage! I just can’t say enough good things about the show!

Far from the rote nostalgia cash-in that it could have been, this show was a f*****g fantastic interpretation and celebration of the greatness that is Exile in Guyville. Liz Phair looked and sounded amazing. This was the most engaged Boston audience I've ever seen. They showered her with love and could not get enough.

She was amazing. The band was tight, and everyone around us was dancing and having a great time!

Well, I’m a die hard Liz Phair fan from the early 90’s and, to me, it seemed like she didn’t take the time to re-learn her guitar parts on her own songs and chose to close out her finale with that song that was a big hit of hers - don’t know it because I stopped listening after “white chocolate space egg” oh, uncle alverez who’s portrait is in the hall… anywho, glad she is having a well earned and deserved victory lap - just wish there was still some of her signature girly sound grit still in her performance… exile changed my life 30 years ago and was why I started writing songs… and helped me through my recent divorce. There is so much truth in her early work

After all these years, Liz still puts on a great show. And the Magnolia is the perfect place to see a show.

Liz still rocks ... even now in her 50's! She played an excellent 90-min set, including hits & many little gems to boot. I think the the only piece missing might have been her take on "Wild Thing".

Phair is a ROCK STAR! She and her band we're having FUN! She is powerful and full of joy emersed in ROCKn' versions of her songs. Other than the usual tall guys that always find me to stand in front if, it was a great evening in Guyville.

Her songs still kick complete a*s and she seems to be having a great time. The audience definitely did.

Liz was amazing. Sadly the PA was very poor, and especially bad for Speedy Ortiz (who also are great). Low-end distortion and muffled vocals. Have experienced this at the Royale a few times over the last few years (with a couple of exceptions - so it’s not inevitable). Paradise, Sinclair, Brighton Music Hall, all have reliably excellent sound. The Royale needs to pick up their game!

Sold out show. It was amazing. Sadie joined Liz for Blood Keeper at one point! Liz played a really good lineup of songs and even a new song, which was really good. Speedy Ortiz was damn good too. They played most of my favorites.

Great energy. Everyone was having fun and singing along. Liz seemed to appreciate all the positive energy being sent her way!

Paid too much for a VIP ticket that didn't do much. Venue sound was spotty, but I enjoyed the show.

Great show at an intimate venue made for a fantastic experience. Liz ran through her entire catalog picking out fan favorites and some hidden gems. Her band was tight and really looked like they were enjoying themselves on stage. Crowd responded accordingly.
