ARTHEMIS is a Metal band formed by the guitarist Andy Martongelli in 1999. Combining terrific Modern-Thrash Metal-oriented guitar riffs, fire-breathing catchy vocals, fast solos, pounding bass guitar and drums, the band creates a true massive-modern-killer ground-breaking wall of sound that makes their live shows astonishing and unique; the four-piece line-up delivers an extraordinary proof of uplifting catchy Metal with no compromise, always acclaimed by the fans and the media as "Judas Priest meets Megadeth"! November 2010: ARTHEMIS interviewed on Metal Hammer UK and on the Official Metal Hammer Web Site recording the exclusive EP album (F)ARTHEMIS - "POP UP YOUR ASS Vol. 1", covering 6 songs from famous pop stars turned into evil-Heavy Metal songs (Rihanna, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Micheal Jackson, Destiny's Child, Britney Spears).
ARTHEMIS toured Japan, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Holland, Austria, Slovenja, Spain & other countries as opening act for: Dragonforce, Freedom Call, Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne), I Am I, George Lynch (Lynch Mob), Micheal Angelo Batio, Kiko Loureiro (Megadeth / Angra), Glenn Hughes and many others.
ARTHEMIS will tour Europe, UK and Japan in 2017 and will perform at many upcoming Summer Metal festivals promoting their new killer album titled Blood-Fury-Domination , mixed at Domination Studio of Simone Mularoni (DGM) , mastered at Rogue Studio (London - UK) and due to be released on 7th April via Scarlet Records.
