Led by British-born, award-winning saxophonist, singer and clarinettist Jonny Boston, Jonny & the Jazzuits bring together jazz, gospel and faith in their distinctive “Heavenly Jazz Gospel” sound.

Since their debut in 2011, the band has performed at festivals, clubs, churches and special events across the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe. Their debut album Psalms, Hymns & Spiritual Songs (2015) was nominated for a Zilveren Duif Award, while Temporary Accommodation (2017) was named CD of the Week by Groot Nieuws Radio. Further releases include Good Medicine (2021) and Songs of Deliverance (2023).

Their new project, Gotta Serve Somebody – A Jazz Take on Bob Dylan’s Gospel Years, reimagines twelve songs from Dylan’s remarkable 1979–81 gospel period through jazz, gospel, swing and improvisation. Featuring special guests including Elisa Krijgsman, Maria Markesini and Gospel Boulevard, the album will be released in Spring 2027, with its Premiere Concert on 17 April 2027 in Bunschoten, the Netherlands.
