Miliyah Kato (加藤ミリヤ)(born 加藤美穂; Kato Miho, 22 June 1988) is a Japanese R&B/soul singer from Nagoshi, Japan. She won a Sony audition, and later made her debut with the double A-side single "Never let go"/"夜空" in 2004. It reached #15 on the Oricon charts. Her first album "Rose" debuted at #2 in 2005.

Kato writes most of her own music and lyrics. She has done collaborations with other Japanese artists such as m-flo, Heartsdales, and Dohzi-T.
