He is an actor (both in comedy and character acting), a successful singer/songwriter (his debut album was released in 2004) and impersonator. After touring Norway with his comedy show, he then launched his own television show, Valen TV. he was later named "the artist/entertainer of the year". When his TV show was later released on DVD, it became the biggest selling DVD in Norway of all time (triple platinum).
