Loved these guys since 1999. Have seen BOTH of Ken's side-projects in San Diego:: Heavens & Year of the Rabbit But This was my 1st time seeing FAiLURE .. . They did Not disappoint!! The VENUE was probably one of the MAIN reasons for that . It was as intimate a venue as you could get for a national act, such as them. "The Shelter" in Detroit. Comparable to "The Casbah" in San Diego. My ONLY complaint ( if you will ) is that they DIDN'T play "DiRTY BLUE BALLOONS". That song ... Hell, that ENTIRE ALBUM holds special significance for Me .... All these years later, I gotta say = it was quite AMAZING to see KEN CLEAN, while being CLEAN MYSELF for the 1st time since 1999. ( 4 yrs clean ). It was beautiful 💜✨

I had such a FANTASTIC night! The venue was the perfect size, not too small and not big at all! Failure was mind blowing to see live, they sounded SO amazing and I would a million percent go see them again. The set list was a great mix of their new album and their older stuff and was the perfect amount of time. I’m honored to have been given the set list sheet! Great opening band as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is literally the best band for some reason you didn’t know about since the 90s. It baffles me how great they are and always have been! First heard them around 94 or so. Finally Saw them in Allentown with friends and they were so G******n Great my wife and I went to Philly to see them the next night! Can’t wait till Brooklyn in October! Failure is absolutely amazing and loving Location Lost! Another phenomenal album!

Fantastic show!! Failure is my husband’s favorite band so this was a dream come true for him to see them play live. The venue (Eulogy) was fantastic and we enjoyed it immensely.

Mind blowing as always! Highly recommend doing the VIP experience! You get to watch a sound check, early access and discounted merch. Ken, ,Greg, and Kellii are super genuine and kind and hung out without making anyone feeling rushed. They’ll sign your stuff, take pictures, tell stories. Thanks for an incredible experience.

So awesome the Failure Band concert! The people were nice at the venue and band sounded better than ever like the last concert they played in Chicago!! I just wished they would have played their other songs Saturday Savior and Sergeant Politeness. Cool guys and introduction to the band with other bands talking about failure!!!

Failure put on a hypnotic hard hitting show all in the intimate setting of Cat's Cradle. My fiance and I were awestruck; fully encapsulated by a wall of haunting sound and the driving bass which was like a second heartbeat at times. The set was amazing, definitely see them on this tour if you can. Can't wait to see the full documentary!

Like fine wine, this band keeps getting better with age. I loved the doc, I loved the setlist. One of the best bands of all time!!! I will never miss a show when they come to town. Big thanks to Failure for playing cities like Omaha, Lincoln and Lawrence, Kansas.

Failure never, EVER disappoints. They’ve often been like a musical secret handshake, the one band that if name-dropped into a conversation about musical influences or inspirations is instantly validating and lends credibility to an individual. Surprisingly, thirty years later, many have still not learned of Failure which is alright, too, because then a conversation can become “Oh let me TELL you about Failure…” Their live shows have sound that is so well dialed in that you can hear every nuance and detail, every layer, and for a three-piece band that’s surprisingly much more than you might anticipate. Failure continues to astound and conjure sonic magic on their current tour supporting the album Wild Type Droid and they simply don’t show any signs of slowing down or sounding any lesser than past tours. In many ways, Sunday’s concert at Crescent Ballroom showed how a band can only sound better with time. A rare feat in this day and age, to be sure.

Wish I could go again! Such a great show. Failure is an amazing live band and the lights put the show over the top! It's been weeks since I was there, and I'm still thinking about it! Been a fan since the 90's...can't wait for my next chance to see them.
