La Cale est un pub qui se préoccupe de l’avenir selon deux grands axes: l’avenir de la planète, grâce à un mode opérationnel zéro déchet et un approvisionnement biologique et éthique; et l’avenir de la culture québécoise, en soutenant les artisans de chez nous et en permettant une fenêtre sur la relève artistique québécoise. Dans une ambiance chaleureuse, vous pouvez sortir de façon éco-responsable, déguster des bières de microbrasseries québécoises et des cocktails maisons, manger un morceau vegan ou viandeux et vous divertir grâce aux soirées culturelles (soirées d’humour, spectacles de musique, performances théâtrales, etc.).

La Cale is a pub that is committed to the future along two main axes: the future of the planet, through a zero-waste operational mode and organic and ethical sourcing; and the future of Quebec culture, by supporting local artisans and providing a window into the emerging Quebec artistic scene. In a cozy atmosphere, you can go out in an eco-friendly manner, savor beers from Quebec microbreweries and house cocktails, enjoy a vegan or meaty bite, and be entertained by cultural evenings (comedy nights, music shows, theatrical performances, etc.).
