The act before Leif went about 15 minutes over which cut into Leif’s time, which was unfortunate because he and the band sounded great. Leif also played one of the sessions and in that played an excellent version of Moondog with some fiddle by Charlie of Blanco White.

Awesome ! Really enjoyed the sessions and the concert left no doubt as to the talent on stage .I will be attending the Church of Better Daze . See you in Saskatoon in October , hope the roads are good !

Have previously seen Angie play small clubs where she is amazing in the intimate setting so it was such a thrill to see her in full Rock’n’roll Queen mode in front of 20,000 people, just take command of the stage. The audience response was loud and enthusiastic.

Opening with 5 Days in May was great. Could have used a few more classics and having to wait for the second encore to hear Lost Together was annoying but Jim and Greg wete great overall.
