This was an awesome concert. Jody Watley opened and she looked good and sounded good. Boney James was amazing. Jeffrey Osborne was superb. He looked good, had a lot of energy, voice was SO smooth and awesome. He sounded as good as he did with LTD years ago. The show was so much fun, high energy, and super charged. I loved it and would go again !!! One of the best concerts I have been to and I go to at least 10-12 concerts a year.

As a long time Van Morrison fan, I’m accustomed to his desire to perform whatever music he likes at any time of his choosing. This tour was no exception. He performed primarily “Americana” standards with a well chosen set of musicians who worked to keep up with his evert changing mood of the song and the audience. For me, it was an excellent show, really well performed. Yes it lacked a “greatest hits” performance except for reworked versions of “Gloria” and “Into the Mystic”, but the song choices were wide and varied and showed off the bands musianship. Overall, an excellent performance and worth the money.

Taj Mahal is a fantastic, talented musician. I saw him briefly at JazzFest in NOLA and was looking forward to another performance at the Greek Theater last night. Unfortunately, the entrance lines were very long and slow and he started before we got it. I think he started around 7:15PM. We were seated by 7:25 and he stopped playing at 7:40. Was wondering why the show was so short. Did enjoy the few songs we heard but bummed!

AMAZING performance. We were in the pit and it was such a beautiful experience with some of his biggest fans and the love and care they showed each other. Noah’s openness with mental health has been such an inspiration in my life personally lately and I know it is to so many others. His ability to connect with fans through his song writing by story telling and how he delivers his songs with so much emotion from his soul is truly a once in a life time thing you’ll get to experience. If you have a chance to see his show please go, there is nothing else like it and I am so sad I missed this tour at red rocks because seeing him there would have been a dream! Thank Noah if you see this, you saved me from some of my darkest moments this last year, times I wanted to give up or think I couldn’t carry on anymore but here I am, still going at 26 years old and I’m waking up every morning for my child and that itself…. I could never thank you enough for your music and how it’s healed parts of my soul.

This was one of the best most delightful concerts we have been to in a long time! Ween had songs to please all their fans and chose some fun and deep cuts from every album, and some very unexpected numbers indeed. The band was having so much fun with the crowd. This is the second time we have seen Ween and they especially delivered at this show. Thank you, Ween! What a fun night out! Very memorable! And thank you Greek Theatre! This is really the best venue in LA!

It was great to see Neil Young, while his voice is not what it once was, his guitar playing, keyboards. and wit were worth the visit. I wish he had played a few more of the hits. I know the purpose for him is to to the "B" sides, but I still hoped he would hit a few more biggies (Old Man? Harvest Moon??). The big down side was the opening act. If you are going to see the show and Chris Pearce is the opening act, I would suggest showing up late. (Neil, you can do so much better!)

OMG, I'm 66 and I've been a fan of Elvis Costello and Nick Lowe since I was in college in the early 80s. The concert was glorious, the evening was cool and clear. I'd seen them both before, but it was my first time at the Greek Theater. What a lovely venue. My only complaint is that they really need to provide more options for folks with limited mobility. I came in from out of town for the concert, so I didn't have a "disabled" tag for my rental car. We ended up having to park a few miles away and Uber in. Then we reserved an Uber to pick us up. IMHO, the Uber/Lyft/Ride share area is not clearly marked and since wifi is very inconsistent in the area. it's easy to not be able to hook up with your reservation. We ended up taking a cab.

Tonight, an encounter with another famous blond, Debbie Harry, in concert with Blondie at The Greek Theatre, a spectacular open-air amphitheatre set high in the Hollywood Hills. In her thigh high boots and shiny black hotpants, she looked a million dollars and sounded even better, belting out the hits of my youth (which she seemed to have survived in much better shape than me!). I was on my feet for most of the night, dancing my tired old ass off like the teenager I once was. Watching her up there, effortlessly enrapturing the capacity crowd, it struck me that legends such as she share a rare ability: to join the dots of our lives, from who we were once, to who we are now and to lead by courageous example, to whatever we can become next. As she sang tonight, "Dreaming is free!".

I had only started listening to The Cult during the Covid Pandemic lockdown. I was looking for "new" music to help pass the time. I ordered a compilation of their singles on CD and became a fan. I had seen Ian Astbury as lead singer of The Doors of the 21st Century, and already knew about his impressive front man skills. The Cult came out swinging at their show at The Greek Theatre in Griffith Park on Sunday, 10/9/22. Their live performance was powerful and impressive. The tone and ferocity of the guitar playing was a delight, and Astbury stalked the stage, danced, posed, strutted and generally owned the nigth with a voice that covered the range of a desperate wail to a mysterious stage whisper. The band made a magnificent collective noise. It was my first Cult show, and I hope to see them again. Of the three opening acts, my preference was The Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. The band has two singers, and a punky attitude that impressed me with their rawness. The other two acts were professional, competent, but just not my taste. Skeleton Joe was more like performance art, and Woman King was so Goth that the lead singer asked for the already dim lighting be turned down! They were received well by the audience, but are not bands I will be following, Overall, a great early Fall night of music.

I honestly couldn’t believe how great Bonnie still sounds. “Angel From Montgomery” (who she dedicated to John Prine) was truly magical and “I Can’t Make You Love Me” was quite possibly the most touching song I’ve ever heard live. The only negatives of the night was not being able to take photos/videos during the show and when her stage crew crumpled up and threw away all the set lists as they explained “We have been instructed to not give any of the set lists away” which in my opinion is extremely lame and makes absolutely no sense.

Updated: I attended the show with my now 13 y/o daughter, and I liked you guys since I was younger then her. It was surreal. She’s a talented artist, professional dancer in training all disciplines, playing 4 instruments but focused on Violin so Blue October has pulled at her strings (pun not intended). The level of relatability when it comes to the struggles we go for our children and Justin saying it RIGHT THERE… broke my heart even more. It was very hard to leave my house due to my agoraphobia and depression, it was the first time after months and months (aside from school related activities for my daughter).. but I made it, I took her, she loved it, I saw you guys, I enjoyed every second, and I can’t wait to see you guys and hopefully get a press pass to photograph you next time. (My daughter swears she’ll get a violin of her own instead of a school one to her signed and show she can play hate me.. oh her big dreams).

The performance exceeded my expectations. All performers were amazing. The VIP experience I bought was a massive disappointment. They provided event details the day before leaving zero wiggle room for people like me to make plans to make it on time. I got zero of the items included in the package. No one at the venue could give me an answer on hot to get those items. To say it put a damper in the events is an understatement. Pretty disappointed on the vendor they chose for these packages to say the least.

Excellent Concert! Gabe Dixon Band opened the concert, he’s keyboard player for Tedeschi Trucks Band and has a great voice too! Los Lobos then came up and did a great set! At the end they were joined by several members of Tedeschi Trucks Band, including Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks! They did a Medley including Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On". They ended with jam session of one of Los Lobos signature songs. Tedeschi Trucks Band gave an outstanding show as usual, and went into overtime with several encore songs.

Wow times a thousand!!! I had the most amazing time. The first opening act was garbage, but the second opening act took my breath away. Billy Howerdel, tall, gorgeous and so talented. I needed my drool bucket, he is stunning..Wow!!!! Maynard oh Maynard how amazing you are!!!! You radiate talent and you emanate perfection every time you sing. This was my first time seeing Puscifer, and they were amazing!!!! Carina, your voice is like an angel. Matt, you're so talented. The whole show was genius. Everything about the venue was flawless. I loved being so close to the stage. I made a fool of myself professing my love for Maynand, several times but I think he is the greatest in the world. I wish the venue had more food options, and the smell of nicotine/ other types of smoke was annoying. I had a wonderful time. I got the Upgrade package so I got early entry to the venue and I got to buy all the stuff I wanted before the crowds came in. Everything was fantastic. I loved the show, and I cannot wait to see Maynard again.

I've seen Alice 10 times, besides his 1976 show at the Inglewood Forum, this was the best show!! Alice played a medley of his famous songs and played every other song, including Steven!! His band is absolutely awesome AND Sheryl performed her beautiful dancing!! I met people that saw Alice for the first time and they loved the show!! I actually met Alice Cooper in Hollywood when he got his star on Hollywood Blvd around 20 years ago!! I've been to Cooperstown several times!! I'm a BIG fan of Alice Cooper, obviously!! Sweet Soul Sister this was an amazing show..!! I was in the pit about 3 ft from Ian and Billy.. I got chills when they opened the show with Sun King. I squealed with the delight of a 16 year old when I saw Ian emerge from the shadows and grab his sacred tambourine.. I was standing right in front of Mr Duffy, feeling the vibrations from every note he played, and close enough to help him strum the guitar if I was so inclined. Ian came over and touched me twice. I even got Ian’s towel at the end of the show..! The boys were on FIRE!! And you could see they were loving every minute of being on stage..It was an AMAZING night at The Greek. It was my first time there and my experience was pure magic.

Long-time fan, first time seeing them live. All I have to say is...HOLY SHITE!!! Crack the Skye was freaking incredible! From the start of Oblivion to the head-banging, gut-busting riffs of the Czar to the crazy ass soloing on the Last Baron, I was truly blown away by their performance. The only gripe I had was the crowd’s head banging. I mean, come on! I was there mainly for Coheed but I still listen to the Don, show them some respect by freaking head-banging! On a serious note, they definitely blew my expectations out of the water. I would definitely go and see them again, that is for damn sure!

As always, Coheed never disappoints. I went with my family, as we are all Coheed fans, and we had a blast! Intro was awesome as they played the prologue to Dark Sentencer, you could see everyone’s shadow behind the white curtain which definitely added to the theatrics of the performances. Finally, when the opening rift hit and the curtain dropped I got the craziest case of goosebumps, that was when I knew the set was going to be awesome! The set itself was incredible with them pulling songs like Gravity’s Union, which I haven’t heard since the Decension Tour, and Mother Superior which was my first time hearing it live. The only song I didn’t really care for on the list was True Ugly, because I feel like It Walks Among Us would have suited the set way more, but hey, my personal preference. The only main thing I had a gripe with was the crowd participation. Now, before people go chewing my head off, I am not saying that there wasn’t crowd participation because you could clearly hear it in IKSSE3 and A Favor House Atlantic. But it was more a fact that people didn’t know the timing of the chants, except maybe a core 200 fans. This is most likely due to this being a double headliner and many people only knew Coheed from the popular songs and the new stuff that just hit. But to be honest, I have been spoiled with crowds because I have seen them twice at the Wiltern and once at the Hollywood Palladium, both closed venues where almost everyone was a “die hard” and new all the little intricate details like I do. However, this is me being nit picky, I still enjoyed it and was happy to be rocking it out with my fellow members of the Fence! P.S. singing happy birthday to Claudio’s grandpa was pretty freakin unreal!

I didn't make it in time to see kali but I saw jorja and they have some good ass deals on the bootleg shirts outside. $5 shirts vs $30 shirts and $60 sweaters.. I had a good time. It was mostly for my mom for mother's day because she really loves kali uchis and I've seen her already but I still wish I saw her more. kali didn't dance as much as she did at the previous concerts but I love her

First time seeing them live after years of them being my favorite band. They were absolutely incredible! Wish the show had gone longer and I honestly wish I'd spent the extra $10 so I can be closer, I think that would have made my experience even better. The venue was awesome though and I had no trouble hearing them clearly. Amazing experience and I'd see them over and over and over again if I had the money.
