At the age of 24, New York based producer JonOne has been growing to have an established name in his hometown and countries worldwide. With a versatile mindset, a sick fusion of his Caribbean roots and heavy progressive dance elements in his tracks have brought something totally new to the game. Through 11 years of creating remixes, mixtapes, and now his own original productions and a weekly podcast series, JonOne has slowly been growing to become a household name in today's generation of electronic producers. In 2011, his tracks were regularly played on NY radio stations and clubs. Over the past few years, he attained bookings at various venues around NYC such as Pacha, Space, the Best Buy Theater, Highline Ballroom, Hudson Terrace, District 36, and System. He also shared the stage with well known producers & DJs such as Major Lazer, 3LAU, Dyro, Laidback Luke, Jordy Dazz and more. In 2012, JonOne was able to release his first productions on Beatport and iTunes and did several oversea gigs. 2013 started off with some huge accomplishments for JonOne, with an official collaboration with Grammy nominated producer, Avicii, on his track "X You" and his establishment with Sonar Projects as his official management team. During this year, he also performed at the famous Best Buy Theater in Times Square for Bounce Music Festival and Seaside Heights for Electric Adventure Festival in 2014. 3 Years later JonOne has still been pushing his music hard and also started to fulfill his interests in film. Along with his friends and brother, Jon started gaining popularity for his short comedy skits on Instagram and Facebook. Several skits have broke over a million views and his most popular skit racked up a whopping 10.6 million views on Facebook. Jon has also collaborated with actresses and artists such as Sonna Rele and Melinda Shankar in these skits and plans to continue film along with his music.
