Self-proclaimed pioneers of Progressive Junk-Hop, this brightly presented 4-piece delight in mashing together ideas from across a wide spectrum of popular music to keep audiences on their toes and put on, above all else, an outrageously entertaining show. For Seán Ahearne, Roland Palmer, Henry Rankin and Harry Smith, Lesbian Plebian began as a blank canvas for bizarre or entertaining motifs, and quickly generated a vibrant canon of fresh and unashamedly gratuitous music.
