KAVARI

Cameron Sofia Winters, known professionally as KAVARI, is a British artist, music producer, and DJ currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. Known for her high contrast productions and performances that fuse industrial, ambient, club, & alternative electronic.

KAVARI was born on November 27th 1998 in Birkenhead, England and later moved to the North East Highlands of Scotland in her early childhood. She began performing later in her teens at club nights and underground raves in and around Scotland.

Her abrasive sound design and soft melodic soundscapes have garnered her great amounts of attention across the world, cementing herself as one of the heavy hitters of the UK underground scene. Her work being praised by the likes of Aphex Twin, Hudson Mohawke, REZZ, Mura Masa, Flume, and many more.

Her productions and performances are known to be incredibly high energy, intense, and genre-less experiences that focus around the dark and haunting side of electronic music. Influenced by artists such as Skrillex, Genesis P-Orridge, Lorn, & Arca, her work spans the most delicate realms of ambience to the harshest planes of noise. KAVARI released her debut EP 'If the Benign Was to Ever Be So Pure' in May 2021. Following that with a string of self released mixtapes, singles, edits, and EPs. Her debut album 'Against The Wood, Opposed To Flesh' was self released on November 3rd 2023.
