Tornado Rose

Tornado Rose is an Americana, bluegrass, country, and folk band based in the Washington DC metro area, available for live shows, festivals, weddings, and private events throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the Mid-Atlantic region. Led by award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Brooke Bell, the band delivers gorgeous vocals and high-flying strings with a mix of originals and covers. Brooke earned first place at the Winfield Bluegrass Festival for her song "Wilderwood Flower" and the band's debut EP Cast Iron Cure was praised by Bluegrass Today as "both awesome and inspiring." The four-piece lineup features guitar, autoharp, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and double bass. Tornado Rose performs regularly at venues across DC, Annapolis, the Eastern Shore, and Southern Maryland and brings their own professional PA and sound equipment.
