The perfect soundtrack for long and stormy nights - With “OUT OF STEP”, their third album, which is now available everywhere, French-based alternative and post-progressive rock band Esthesis navigates between cinematic atmospheres, art rock experiments and sharp riffs. Throughout these nine new tracks, which flow together like nine night-time sequences from the same movie, they invite the listener on a hypnotic and hazy trip through the darkest and most uncompromising album of their discography, featuring industrial and post-rock touches via an immersive sound production.

Formed and led by Aurélien Goude (music & lyrics, keyboards, vocals), the line up also includes Arnaud Nicolau (drums), Marc Anguill (bass guitar), Rémi Geyer (lead guitar) and Mathilde Collet (additional vocals). Produced by Misty Tones and acclaimed by many magazines in France and abroad (Prog UK, Rock Hard, Metal Temple, Album Rock...), Esthesis has already released two albums, “Watching Worlds Collide” (2022) and “The Awakening” (2020).

During their latest tour, Esthesis played notably at the Poppodium Boerderij as a headliner (with John Mitchell on support), at the Night Of The Prog Festival (Loreley Theater) opening for Soen and Leprous, and at Motocultor Festival with Crippled Black Phoenix and Opeth.

The band will perform “OUT OF STEP” on tour, including a stop at the Alhambra in Paris (France) on September 25, 2026.
