Biographie de UFFA
UFFA is an alternative rock band from Ticino formed in 2023. The name is an Italian onomatopoeic interjection of a sigh, which represents exactly how frontman Noah Titren (lead vocals and guitar) felt about the frustrating absence of energetic rock music in southern Switzerland.
After the break-up of his previous band, Noah started to compose demos of new songs with a more catchy, punk sound and the new addition of Italian lyrics. Through a local website of band listings, Noah met Simone Barozzi (bass) and Gioele Stanga (drums).
In 2024, the trio then made its independent recording debut with the single 'L'aldilà', released in March 2024, and went on to tour the whole Ticino scene, even taking the first place at the only local band contest. In late 2024 the band decided to go into the studio to release their new anticipated single "Light Green", a current fan favorite at their shows. To elevate their upcoming live shows in 2025, Frank Santos joins them as a lead guitarist, completing so the formation.
UFFA continue to light up the scene, combining old and new rock sounds for a unique live experience, hard-hitting guitar riffs and captivating melodies.
