Biographie de o b n o x i o u s
o b n o x i o u s (also styled as OBNX) is a progressive instrumental band from Hamilton, Ontario, led by guitarist and composer Andrew Sharpe. Known for their dynamic blend of technical precision and melodic expression, Intervals fuse elements of progressive metal, djent, math rock, jazz, and electronic music. With a focus on intricate guitar work and richly layered compositions, OBNX is focused on pushing the boundaries of genre and musicianship.
Formed in 2021 by founding member Andrew Sharpe, "o b n o x i o u s" began as a solo project before evolving into a full band. The lineup soon expanded to include Alex Szabo (drums), Leo Rankin (bass), and Braeden Gibson (Guitar), each bringing their own musical background and energy into the project.
