The Judge

Formed in 2009 by Dylan Jarrett, Kevin Jones, and Evan Anderson, this up-and-coming psychedelic rock band from Granite City, Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri, has steadily evolved into a powerful force in modern rock. The lineup was completed in 2014 with the addition of Tyler Swope's vocals.

Drawing inspiration from classic heavy, riff-driven sounds of iconic bands like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Rush, and Grand Funk Railroad, as well as modern heavy psych sounds such as Graveyard, Kadavar, Red Fang, Elder, and Greenleaf, the band has crafted a unique fusion that combines a raw proto-metal feel with the contemporary state of psychedelia. Their poignant lyrics often exemplify psychological and political critiques of pervasive archetypes, supported by electrifying performances that culminate in a deeply resonant experience.

With a sound that balances nostalgia and innovation, the band aims to carve out a distinct niche in the rock scene.
