Dear Collingsworth Family: I could not be more pleased with your outstanding performance in Rome, NY this past weekend! My husband and I brought my parents who are elderly; my Dad having suffered a stroke a few years back and stricken with Polio from age 18 months, he has had his challenges. However, he never lost sight of Jesus. Nothing ever held him back, (until more recently), but he still knows Jesus is beside him all the way. We have always been Christian, with my Dad leading us in song throughout our lives. Our faith in God is steady and so many of the lyrics/music you played brought us to comforting, happy tears. My dad was quite emotional at certain times; you can imagine why. Kim, your gift is nothing short of a Miracle. Your husband and children compliment everything you do. Having learned to play the piano, I was mesmerized watching your amazing talent...all from the Grace of God. I do wish, at the very end, during the last song you played, that the camera was once again on your precious hands.... to see once again, God working through you! The entire performance, from the beginning to end was an enlightening experience. Never wanted it to end..... and meeting you all afterward, was a dream come true. There are not enough good and magical words I can find to describe how much I enjoy you all. But I get to do so every day, now that I have your CDs, the book of your story and I shirt that I wear with pride. :) :) :) There is nothing better than working together as a family; and yours is the truest example of God at his best..... Keep doing what you do, every one of you!! You bring happiness and God's Light to this presently darkened world.... xoxoxoxoxo!!
