The incredible Maxayn Lewis & the HomeMade Cookies return to the Urban Press Winery & Restaurant in Burbank! for their monthly show. Please make reservations in advance through the website: www.urbanpresswinery.com or call (818) 561-4858. Guests who make dinner reservations in advance will receive a FREE WINE TASTING. The wine concierge guides guests through a complimentary tasting of 3 select Urban Press wines. The fans decided they wanted to see us more, so we continue serving up our unique flavor of jazz, funk & fusion, laced with soul. Fresh baked, and so tasty. Maxayn Lewis, who fronts the band, has been named a singer's singer, having taught vocalists of multiple genres. She is also the singing voice of "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom" in the film, starring Viola Davis and a prolific backing vocalist who has sung withThe Gap Band, Donna Summer, Ray Charles, Celine Dion, Johnny "Guitar" Watson, Bonnie Raitt, Simple Minds, Duran Duran, Smokey Robinson, Ricky Martin, and Britney Spears. AllenHinds is internationally recognized as one of the outstanding guitarists of our time. He has performed with Roberta Flack, NatalieCole, The Crusaders, Hiroshima, BeBe & CeCe Winans, Randy Crawford, Bobby Caldwell, James Ingram, Marc Antoine, Gino Vannelli & more.Bobby Watson is an internationally known bassist, formerly with Rufus, Michael Jackson, and a host of other mainstream artists from around the globe.Groove Master drummer, Land Richards has credits extraordinaire including George Benson, Michael Bolton, Natalie Cole, Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, Steve Wonder, Stevie Nicks, and Earth, Wind & Fire. The Urban Press Winery & Restaurant is an upscale winery, restaurant, and live music club in the heart of downtown Burbank. With a world-renowned, chef, their signature dishes are steeped in Italian traditions. The gourmet Italian cuisine is fused with a French influence and is absolutely delicious! Please call in advance to reserve a table. Seating is limited. There is a $10 entertainment fee which is added to your bill. There is a table minimum of $25 per person, good for food and/or drinks.
