Halie Loren

Halie Loren returns Cotton Club Tokyo on May 24, 25 and 26 with a series of 6 shows (two shows per evening) in celebration of her new album, Dreams Lost and Found, released by JVC Kenwood and Justin Time Records on April 12, 2024. In her first Japan concerts since 2018, Halie will be performing songs from her new album and audience favorites from her past repertoire with an international band, including album recording band members Taurey Butler (piano) and Morgan Moore (bass) from Canada, as well as U.K.-based Femi Temowo (guitar) and Montreal musician Louis-Vincent Hamel (drums). スモーキーな歌声で人気の女性ジャズシンガー 約6年ぶりとなる最新アルバムを携え待望の来日！ 約6年ぶりとなるスタジオ・レコーディング・アルバム『ドリームズ・ロスト・アンド・ファウンド』を、この4月にリリース。ジャズ・ヴォーカル界を牽引するひとり、ヘイリー・ロレンが2018年以来となるコットンクラブ公演を開催する。11～12歳頃にダイアナ・クラールに深く影響を受け、15歳でプロ活動を開始。伝統的なジャズにポップスの要素を取り入れた音楽スタイルで話題を集め、日本では2008年のアルバム『青い影』で大ブレイクを果たした。最新作ではジャズのスタンダード・ナンバー、ザ・ビートルズやジョニ・ミッチェルといったロック/ポップス畑の名曲たち、そしてオリジナル曲を艶やかな歌声で披露。さらに深みを加えたヘイリーの最新ステージを見逃すわけにはいかない。
