The Sound Lounge proudly presents an evening with Peter Bruntnell, one of UK Americana's finest singer-songwriters and performers. Peter gained instant-legend status following the release of his 1999 album 'Normal For Bridgewater' which the NME described as "a diabolic pact between Uncle Tupelo and The Eagles." Peter will perform an intimate solo set featuring many fan favourites as well as maybe a sneaky peek at new songs from his forthcoming album, 'Houdini & The Sucker Punch'. Tonight's support is Hannah Scott, a singer-songwriter whose music is shaped by human stories, with family, in all its chaos and glory. Her lyrics are powerful and poignant and her voice feels strangely familiar, though you can't quite put your finger on why. Hannah's music has a universal appeal that extends beyond the melodies you catch yourself humming days after listening to her songs.
