Takipnik

Takipnik is a trio based in Denver, Colorado formed in early 2019. The band has elements of rock, post metal, alt metal and electronic often coupled by a layer of synthesizers. The bands influences that they love and draw inspiration from, coupled with their limitless creativity in through electronic elements, makes for a sound that is divergent from any singular genre. In August of 2020 they hit the studio to make their first EP titled “The Biggest” featuring five tracks of hard-hitting synth rock that is a unique blend of heavy rock, punk metal, and grunge. The album was released in February of 2021. In February 28th of 2023 a new single, “Blackheart” was released, which highlighted the bands heavy metal progressive elements not heard on previous releases. On August 4th, Takipnik dropped their full length release "This Hypocrisy", bringing together unique mixture of songs containing instrumentals, interludes and the very moody "My Reflection". The band is currently working on new material that will deliver yet again, something different from its past.
