BK Jackson

BK Jackson was phenomenal, he is definitely a showman, very charismatic, humble, engaging. He puts on a great show, I really enjoyed his show. Now as for the venue a lot to be desired, the venue itself is fine, however, the wait times for drinks and food are a huge issue. Please hire some additional waiters and waitresses, you are stretching your people to thin, they were very professional an as accommodating as they could be given the situation they were put in. We wanted to order a bottle of wine, every wine we selected they did not have so we asked can you please tell us what you do have (why are wines on your menu if you don't have them to offer to your customers), after going thru that the wine didn't come until 30 minutes later, we ordered food which also did not come until 45 to 50 minutes later, we asked for water once again received 30 minutes later. We wanted to order an appetizer and was told it was not ready they just started preparing it. At the end of the night we asked for the bill and asked if he could split the wine since we purchased a bottle and wanted to split the cost, the waiter was not able to do that (which is mind boggling to me) however it took 20 to 30 minutes for us to get the bill and pay purely because you don't have several POS systems in place so that your staff can take care of their customers. This is no reflection on the wait staff they were doing the best they could. I think you have a good thing here if you make some much needed adjustments, the venue is nice, the music was great, the food was good, and the wait staff were great, but wait times for anything has to be corrected. I would hate to see this business go under due to poor management an not providing your customers with excellent service, I would love to come back, but definitely not under the conditions I experienced on Friday.
