YGB (You Gotta Belize) is an intimate musical gathering hosted by Castaway Belize Resort and restaurant on the beautiful island of San Pedro, Belize in Ambergris Caye.
This year’s music runs from Wednesday, August 14 through Sunday August 18 and features multiple sets by Jim Dalton (Denver, CO), The Jons (Tucson, AZ), and Aaron Beavers (Austin, TX). Castaway Belize also offers scuba, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing adventures. Biographie de Jim Dalton
Jim Dalton is a Colorado-based singer, songwriter, and musician. Dalton is the lead guitarist for the Tempe, Arizona rock band, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, a band formed after the break-up of The Refreshments. He also fronts the Denver-based alt-country band the Railbenders, and co-founded the Hickman-Dalton Gang with Johnny Hickman of Cracker fame. He is also a frequent solo performer. His live solo shows are known for their loose, fun, sometimes serious, and bawdy nature.
