Split Image

Hailing from the Inland Empire of California, Split Image is a Crossover Hardcore quartet on Slow Death Records who deliver a gritty yet powerful crossover experience. The quartet combines this formula with a unique sound that boasts familiarity through thrashy riffs, a punk rock attitude, electro melodies, and a solid nod to old and new school hardcore. Belted with passion, the quartet focuses on relatability in their lyrical content whether it be from their personal experiences, mental health, trauma, societal problems, or bizarre themes such as spiritual and paranormal phenomena.

Split Image formed in the band's hometown of Murrieta in 2019. Since their formation, Split Image has released their debut EP Torrent of Illusion, Sulfur Pits, Facades, Cancerous, and Night Hag. As of 2023, Split Image released a split with Slingshot called Invaders From Uranus! and several aggressively hard-hitting singles such as Prey On My Downfall, Demon Hunter, SLOTH, and their latest release DEATH AWAITS. Split Image embarked on tours ranging from a two-week American West Coast tour in 2022 and to California mini-tours in 2023.
