Das Indie Electronic Duo Open Rim zählt zu den angesagtesten Live Electronic Newcomern in Deutschland und kommt am 13.11.2024 im Rahmen ihrer Follow Me Headline Tour in den YUCA Club Köln.
Sie konnten bereits auf mehreren etablierten Festivals abliefern und mit ihren erfolgreichsten Songs „Lonely Minds“ und „Follow Me“ einige Fans begeistern. Im Studio produzieren sie elektronische Klänge, die durch Indie-Einflüsse einen ganz neuen Charakter bekommen. Inspiration – sowohl musikalisch als auch performerisch – sammelt das Duo bei Größen wie Fred Again oder The Chainsmokers. Fernseh-Auftritte, Radio-Platzierungen und tausende monatliche Hörer*innen auf Spotify bestätigen, dass Open Rim den Zeitgeist gerade perfekt treffen.

Biographie de Open Rim
We are Christian and Noah, together we are the indie electronic duo Open Rim and we have a mission: to make electronic music a live experience. We fuse dance with indie in the studio and bring this combination to the stage - with a live show that is made by hand and doesn't just run through a player. We are inspired by the live sets of artists like Fred Again, San Holo or The Chainsmokers, whose shows are an important aspect of our live set philosophy. We have created our unique sound with this inspiration.
We want the audience to see an honest, energetic and emotionally captivating live show and say: I've never seen anything like this before. And that has already happened several times: 16 summer shows in 2023, stage headliner at the AStA Sommerfestival and Kuppelfest, gigs at Bochum Total, in Berlin, Munich, Kiel, Osnabrück, Hamm, Mannheim, Paderborn and at the Medimeisterschaften. The latter showed us that our music is well received: during our set, the space in front of the main stage filled up from 30 to 3,500 people and we saw in the faces of the crowd that our music reaches people in a special way.
