Biographie de The Great Leslie
In a time before time, there was no life, no death, no up or down, no left or right, no dark, no light, and no Leslie. Then an undefined deity said, “Let there be a Leslie”, and there was, and it was great, and still yet remains so. And now, billions of years later it has formed a consciousness and bewitched four individuals to take over the world by conquering the hearts and minds of everyone therein.
In their quest for universal plaudits and adulation they are only just beginning, with multiple radio plays from Radio X, BBC Wales, Planet Rock, BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, Kerrang! Radio and XS Manchester. They have gigged and toured across the UK, playing sold-out headline shows in their home town of London and supported heavy weights Franz Ferdinand, at Manchester O2 Warehouse.
They've had songs featured on Channel 4s Sunday Brunch and Made In Chelsea with people like Simon Le Bon, Janice Long and John Kennedy praising their songwriting and performances, as well as having Russell Lissack of Block Party feature on their track 'Just Say Yes'.
Their EPs ‘The End and The Beginning’, ‘21st Century Problems’, and 'Heavy Unsteady', have gained major critical acclaim, not to mention their monumental live album at Abbey Road, “Live from Studio Two” which has received universal praise.
