Evan and Niev comprise BLUE MALLEE: an original act showcasing unique folk music ambience, primal rhythms, soaring vocals, storytelling and great banter. This all translates towards this duo pushing the boundaries of contemporary indie folk music with traditional influences and dreamlike soundscapes. Blue Mallee have fostered a wide music following in Australia and have played multiple music venues and festivals in NSW including Bundanoon Folk Festival, Yass Irish & Celtic Festival, Tilba Festival and Sussex Inlet’s Scandinavian Viking Festival. After receiving a music grant, Blue Mallee released their debut EP ‘Shout That Whisper’ in 2022. A follow up EP ‘Questions Of Fear’ is now available in 2024.
