The band was excellent. the Magnolia was a wonderful, comfortable, and safe venue. The sound system was excellent. The band did a great at a Petty Tribute. The singer was right-on in his vocals, and I didn't detect one single error. The lead guitar was also excellent - and I understand he is an addition after the long time lead had a stroke (recovering successfully, thank God). The base player was over the top excellent. As were Drums and keyboards. I plan to see them in El Cajon on Sept 1 when they play again.

Based out of Southern California, this band is comprised of veteran musicians with decades of experience performing in tribute acts, and recording and performing with international bands like THE REMBRANDTS, THE GIN BLOSSOMS, LEONARD COHEN, and THE BODEANS among others. PettyBreakers puts on a show that recreates the sights, sounds, and live experience of a Tom Petty concert that you will never forget!
