Biographie de Johnny 2 Phones
Yo what’s good, this is Johnny. I was gonna put my bio here but you’d never read that and it’s not really me. So ima say this, I’m from Troy NY. That shit is ghetto lol, but it is what it is. I stayed out of trouble cause all I did was hoop. I probably coulda went further, but I found music in 11th grade and fell in love. I ended up playing D3 basketball at SUNY Oneonta. And that’s when I dropped The O and Gelato. Those changed my life,I was finally getting paid and did shows with Da Baby, Juice WRLD & Pop Smoke(RIP) So I quit the team and dropped out to do music full time.
That backfired and for awhile I was lost. I didn’t eat or leave the crib really, just felt like a failure. Then I wrote Piss Me Off, it was the first time I talked about my mental health.I was nervous, but the response it got from the fans made me realize my music could actually impact people.
That led me to dropping RESCUE, and holy shit it went viral. I was on Rolling Stone, BET, Hot 97. I felt like Drake lowkey lol. Every label offered me but I stayed indie. And that’s where I am now, just trying to figure out what’s next.
If you’ve supported me in any way, I whole heartedly appreciate u. I just wanna make a difference with this shit. Personally I deal with anxiety/depression. So most of my music is happy because I don’t want people to feel how I do sometimes. I want them to enjoy life and play this shit at a party or fall in love to it. So do that and be happy, I love you. #PHONEBOOK #FAMSHIT ❤️☎️
