Joel Gorman, better known as DJ Donuts, has been musically curating dance floors, patios, and even living rooms for over 10 years. Originally from Seattle, he currently hails from Spokane, WA. With DJ Donuts, you're always in for an eclectic set. Many would label him as a musical chameleon. From DJing with Redman, to opening for acts such as The Crystal Method and Warren G, to holding weekly residencies in open-format clubs, Joel is a mastermind of blending crowd-reading with playing whatever the F he wants—from low end drippy bass music, to Whitney Houston crowd pleasers. Don't be surprised if you see him hop on the mic and get hype.

The real question is, what CAN’T Joel do? Not only is he a DJ, but Joel also has degrees in classical guitar performance and audio engineering. From beat-making and DJing, to playing different instruments in multiple Spokane groups (drums for Kung Fu Vinyl, guitar for Evergreen Afrodub Orchestra, bass for Aspen Kye), Joel’s widely-varied musical background enables him to offer a unique experience that is rarely found in DJ culture.
