Ron LeGault Jazz

Joe Anderies plays alto flute and soprano sax. His rich flute sound can be dark, or mellow, or uplifting, like when he is playing a Jobim boss nova. His soprano sax sound reflects his experiences teaching the great tradition of jazz music to young people, while listening carefully to their contemporary developments of this music. Together with Patrick McDevitt on bass, and Bonnie Lowdermilk on piano, this trio of music educators delves into bebop, funk, Brazilian and the Beatles. Bar 404 is a comfortable neighborhood “hang”, with good food, friendly service and is beginning to draw the jazz community. There is no music charge.
