Inês Loubet

INES LOUBET is considered to be one of London’s most exciting multi-instrumentalists/singers and her original compositions navigate through the influences of Jazz, vibrant latin-grooves and her native language, Portuguese. Tonight she will be performing alongside her usual trio (Greg Sanders on guitar and Jansen Santana on percussion) as well as Julio de Castro on bass and Ruta Sipola on flute. They will be presenting the songs from Loubet’s upcoming album SENGA (out on 30th June). Loubet has been invited to perform solo at Union Chapel in London and to perform at O2 Shepherds Bush to open for Brazilian legends Gilberto Gil & João Bosco. Loubet’s projects have been praised by the likes of Gilles Peterson and The Line of Best Fit, as well as earned her several UK and international tours and radio appearances at Jazz Fm and BBC Radio 3. Loubet is also the recipient of the Drake Yolanda Award 2022 and Arts Council Lottery Project Grant 2023 for her SENGA UK Tour.
