Wonderful venue. The Savile Club is an elegant private members club founded in London in 1868. The recital was held in their ornate Ballroom.
Lewis performed beautiful renditions of music by Polish composer Paderewski and Warsaw Concerto by Richard Addinsell, amongst others.
I particularly liked his brief introduction to each piece, setting it in time, place and history. Lewis is a very engaging and skilled performer. Highly recommend!

Based in both London and Manchester, Lewis Kingsley Peart enjoys a busy life as a working musician. Organising projects as both soloist and collaborator, he programmes a wide variety of music from the traditional classical canon, right through to jazz and the avant-garde. With a strong background in theatre, his appearances are never without verve.
