Adamski (official)

Often referred to as "Rave Culture's first pop star", it was in the summer of 1988 that the artist ADAMSKI was born.

The following year Adamski quickly catapulted into the upper echelons of the nascent rave scene. Within a few weeks Adamski was playing to 1000s of people at all the key seminal illegal rave parties and became the resident musician at Ibiza’s hugely influential Amnesia nightclub and soon after released squiggly acid piano shuffler ‘N-R-G’. ,performed on Top Of The Pops, released ‘LIVEANDIRECT’ - an album cobbled together of various live recordings from raves. A then unknown Seal snuck a demo tape to Adamski and was offered the instrumental of what turned out to be ‘Killer’, reaching #1 in the UK, and top of the club charts across Europe & the U.S.

Throughout the late 90s Tinley shifted focus to his DJ career. He soon adopted a new moniker, Adam Sky, touring Europe, South America and Asia and making the odd UK appearance.

Besides Tinley's other projects, 3STEP and SONNY ERIKSSON, producer and DJ ADAMSKI of course still brings you bastardized and uniquely mixed club classics from the origins of the rave era through today and beyond....
