Daniel Noah Miller is a Nicaraguan-American musician, writer, and visual artist currently based in Los Angeles, CA. Miller will make his debut performance at Wonzimer Gallery on Friday, October 13 with an audiovisual presentation of several unreleased songs, entitled Disintegration. Over the last two years Miller has explored the concept of disintegration as it pertains to our cultural and personal identities. In expanding upon this theme, the artist will perform a deconstructed version of the music by re-sampling the original recordings and rendering them into sparse, experimental arrangements. He will be accompanied by a three panel video projection display that will document Miller’s building of the show itself, thus taking the notion of deconstruction one step further and mirroring the Truman Show-esque reality our society is currently faced with.
