Holy Void

Holy Void is psychedelic godrot from Winnipeg. Since forming in 2014, the band has pulled heavy psych into darker and stranger territory, drawing on gothic rock, shoegaze and experimental string arrangements.

Across two full-length albums and two EPs, Holy Void has continued to expand its sound, with electric violin becoming part of the band’s writing and live arrangements in 2019. The band has performed across Canada, Germany, the United States and Mexico, including appearances at Reeperbahn Festival, SXSW, New Colossus Festival, Sled Island and Ness Creek Music Festival. Holy Void has also opened for Frankie and the Witch Fingers and The Mummies, and sold out the 400-capacity West End Cultural Centre for the release of All Will Be Revealed in Time.

All Will Be Revealed in Time reached #100 on the weighted College Radio Charts and remained on the charts into summer 2026. Spill Magazine called the album “a fresh take on modern psychedelia” that recalls “when alternative rock was happy to be weird.”

Holy Void will tour Western Canada in fall 2026 with Par Asito from Guadalajara, Mexico, and Vancouver's Gadfly. “Goat,” the first single from the upcoming third album Mind Control is set to be released Fall 2026. The album is planned for 2027.
