Oceans Away is an American melodic-hardcore band with a raw, haunting sound. Founded in 2021 by Robbie Aaron, a Los Angeles native with a passion for punk rock, the band’s inception took place in Munich, Germany. Here, Aaron found the freedom to create music that resonates deeply with the human spirit.

Robbie’s journey from playing in bands that failed to capture his essence to forming Oceans Away was fueled by a determination to create something authentic. Their latest single, 'Transatlantic,' praised by rock icons like Social Distortion, Unwritten Law, and Senses Fail, captures the turmoil of being torn between two worlds—America and Europe. Born from struggles, sacrifices, and the pain of relationships left behind, 'Transatlantic' is Oceans Away's story, seven years in the making.
