Re-dubbed as Papi Chulo, he has emerged this year as the region's most versatile and thought-provoking genre-clash DJ. Through his total reinvention of the local party game with his co-management of RIPROC, this has served as the catalyst to spread his emerging definition-defying presentation of sound that discriminates no genre, producer, frequency, or BPM from the digital realm.
