Robert Klein has entertained audiences for more than forty years and continues to have an acclaimed career in comedy, on Broadway, on television, and in film. Klein is a pioneer in modern stand-up comedy inspiring heavyweights like Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld. He brings his genius to Aventura in a one-man variety showcase of his comedy, musical, and theatrical talents! Klein enjoyed many popular and influential comedy albums in the 1970s and was nominated for a Best Actor in a Musical Tony Award for 1979's They're Playing Our Song. Klein regularly appears on talk shows, making more than 100 appearances on The Tonight Show and The Late Show. Nominated twice for Grammy Awards for "Best Comedy Album of the Year" for his albums "Child of the Fifties" and "Mind Over Matter." Klein was also nominated twice for Emmy Awards for his HBO comedy specials. Opening act to be announced. Biographie de Robert Klein

Robert Klein (1942 - Present) is a stand-up comedian from the Bronx of New York City. He got his bachelor's degree from Alfred University,then went on to study drama at Yale University, where he was noticed and picked up by the Second City comedy troupe.

He has released several albums, the most recognized of which being 1972's "Child of the Fifties," in which he joked about his stereotypical Jewish upbringing in New York City and the politics of the fifties.

Since 1975 he has done 8 comedy specials for HBO, compiled for DVD in 2007. Also in 2007 he co-starred in the film "Reign Over Me" with Adam Sandler.
