EL GATO NEGRO Prince chat couronné de plumes, revient faire ses griffes en France en 2019. Nourri de 15 années de voyages dans toute l’Amérique du sud. En immersion profonde dans les cumbia, salsa, paso, cha cha et boléro. Il rencontre des frères et sœurs de musique (La Yegros, Calypso Rose, Oxmo Puccino...). Avec un premier album « Cumbia Libre » vendu à 10 000 exemplaires, le combo tropical a enflammé le public français et européen. Escale après escale, 2018 a attiré l’oiseau-chat migrateur vers la francophonie, du Québec à Paris jusqu’au Burkina Faso. Créant un pont parfait avec son Amérique latine. El Gato Negro est fier de rentrer au pays, nous présenter son 2éme album « Ouvre la porte » à paraître le 19 avril 2019. Enregistré entre Toulouse, Bogota, Mazunte et Ouagadougou et masterisé par la référence absolue Alex Gopher (Eddy de Pretto, Flavien Berger, Christine and the Queen). 12 titres naviguant entre français et espagnol pour un mix pop sub tropical, où le sable brûlant du pacifique se mélange au Macadam coloré de l’Afrique. Une nouvelle formation et un nouveau son, teinté par le balafon de Seydou Diabaté Kanazoé, les batteries de Cyril Atef (-M-, Bumcello) et la voix de Kandy Guira (Oumou Sangaré).

EL GATO NEGRO Príncipe gato coronado de plumas, vuelve a Francia en el 2019 para afilar sus garras tras quince años de viajes por toda Sudamérica. Inmerso profundamente en los ritmos de cumbia, salsa, paso, cha cha y bolero, conoció a sus hermanos y hermanas de la música (La Yegros, Calypso Rose, Oxmo Puccino…). Con su primer disco « Cumbia Libre » del que se vendieron 10.000 ejemplares, el combo tropical conquistó al público francés y europeo. De una escala a otra, el año 2018 llevó a este pájaro-gato migratorio de regreso a la francofonía, de Quebec a París hasta Burkina Faso, creando un verdadero puente con Latinoamérica. El Gato Negro se siente orgulloso de volver a su país y poder presentar su segundo disco « Ouvre la porte » que saldrá a la venta el próximo 19 de abril de 2019. Grabado entre Toulouse, Bogotá, Mazunte y Uagadugú, y masterizado por el gran Alex Gopher (Eddy de Pretto, Flavien Berger, Christine and the Queens). 12 canciones que navegan entre francés y español para una mezcla de pop subtropical, donde la ardiente arena del Pacífico se mezcla con el colorido asfalto africano.
