Based in San Antonio, Cecil Yancey draws from a wide range of musical influences and an equally extensive background of performance experience. Combining elements of Soul, Blues, and classic rock, blues bassist The Professor UnderFunk has entertained fans across Texas with his deep voice and show-stopper attitude. He regularly plays with first-rate acts across central Texas like W.C. Clark Blues Revue, The Adam Johnson Band and Catherine Denise.
